To anyone that know's me,,I love to read,,and having Dementia actually helps. If I like a book I will read it several times over a one year period. I have five authors that I favor,,God,,Linda Lael Miller,,Lynsay Sands,,Christine Feehan,,and John Sandford. Of these five there are two that I will re-read often,,God and Linda Lael Miller. Linda's old time western romances are timeless.I had all her books in paper or hard cover at some place. After my third reading of her books I gave them to a local charity for their sale,,Cats Angels in Fernandina Beach Florida. Two years ago my sister gave me a Kindle for Christmas. I am putting all of the books I've read onto my Kindle,,I plan on keeping these. Last Christmas she bought me a Tablet. I prefer to keep my books on my Kindle for ease and comfort. To anyone reading this,,please read her western romances,,she's the best. I love reading books that keep the old characters and bring in the new ones. I hope you enjoy her books as much as I do.

Linda Lael Miller never disappoints ! I've read all of the Mcketrrick and Creed books and they are all really great books. She's very descriptive of the land and scenery, the characters are true to time period, not matter what that period is, the character development is second to none. She really draws you in and keeps you there.

I would recommend all of both these series to everyone.
I ordered this book for a friend. So can't tell you about the content and how it is written. I know I have ordered her several books by this author and she has never been disappointed.
I've read all of the McKettrick books over the years, together with a lot of her other books. She's a great writer. I always like Son of the Morning and read it every year.
Another lively cowboy and outlaw adventure by the mighty McKettricks. This book is the third in this series, it is as exciting and suspenseful as the others. The reader may cry or come close, definitely laugh and enjoy the clever words this writer puts on paper. This is the second time. I've read this story and it was and is like visiting with a dear old friend. It is with certainty that I will visit again and enjoy it as much as I did the second time. It is a treasure and a must read.
Made and Mandy! That about says it all. Kade, the thinker, folks in as Marshall while his friend is sick and gets to know, Mandy, the Nun! A love story with as many twists and turns as an Alpine mountain. Wonferful.
Kade and Mandy have been attracted to each other over the years, even though Mandy purposely stayed on the periphery of Kade's social interaction. This all changed when Kade, also a son of Angus, became the interim town marshal and Mandy's step-father and half brother began circling around committing mayhem and murder. Mandy is a little Annie Oakley who could ride and shoot and always carried a shotgun. How Kade and Mandy fell in love, married, and together captured the outlaw gang which had stolen the McKettrick money is a fascinating as well as entertaining story--sometimes full of anxiety for the reader as should be expected in westerns. I think this is the best of the four introductory novels.
